- Measure site usage (number of visitors, which pages).

2. Which Cookies Do We Use?
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the core functions of the site; they are active without consent.

In our Google Analytics configuration, IP anonymisation (anonymize_ip) is enabled — the last octet of your IP address is masked, so no data that could identify you on its own is sent to the US.
3. How Do You Manage Your Preferences?
3.1 Cookie Banner (On First Visit)
On your first visit to Polikrami, you will see a cookie banner at the bottom of the page. We offer three options:
- Accept All — all cookies are active: strictly necessary, functional, and analytics.
- Strictly Necessary Only — only strictly necessary cookies; analytics off.
- Customise — you select each category individually.
3.2 Changing Your Preferences Later
You can reopen the banner at any time using the "My Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page. You may change your preferences whenever you wish.
3.3 Deleting via Your Browser
You can delete all cookies or stop accepting cookies from your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
If you decline all cookies, some features of the site may not work (e.g. you may not be able to log in, or your basket may be lost).
4. Third-Party Cookies
The only third-party cookie provider on this site is Google Analytics. You are welcome to review Google's privacy policy for these cookies: policies.google.com/privacy
We do not use any advertising, tracking, or social media cookies. Any social media buttons on the site (where present) are static links — they do not send data that identifies you.
5. Cookie Law Coverage
For Turkey: Law No. 5651 and Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
For the EU: GDPR + ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) — opt-in (explicit consent) is required for analytics cookies. Polikrami complies with this rule — the GA cookie is not loaded without consent.
6. Policy Changes
If we add a new cookie or change the duration of an existing cookie, we will update this page. For significant changes, we will display the cookie banner again and ask for your preference afresh.
